A joint venture between property developers Stockwell and Pradella, Hype Creative was engaged to plan, write, photograph and print a publication that showcased the best of West End living. A communications piece that served to educate broader Brisbane on the diverse lifestyle offering of Montague Road and surrounds, while passively presenting the available opportunities both property developers had in-market within the immediate vicinity.
